Following the completion of any facility, Sports Solutions can closely monitor the performance of the facility and continue to work alongside users to ensure that the scheme meets the objectives set out in the original feasibility study or approved plan.
Each phase of every project requires the support of a dedicated professional team, including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers, to develop the detail of a scheme to enable it to be costed and planned.
This service can include the following elements:
- Overseeing the handover between the club and the professional team and contractors
- Arranging any necessary inspections
- Managing the process of making good any defects
- Making recommendations as to final payments to the professional team
- Providing advice on the ongoing use and management of the facilities
- Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of the sports development plan delivery
- Reviewing operations and identifying any additional revenue that could be generated and support organisations to secure this revenue
- Assisting with organising an opening event for the new facility and supporting with a PR campaign
