Sports Solutions has a wealth of experience in managing every element of a project, from inception to completion. Sports Solutions has established a series of Framework Agreements with experienced consultants and specialist pitch work and building contractors and can therefore recommend the appropriate team to suit each individual project to the required quality and standards, on budget and on time.
Each phase of every project requires the support of a dedicated professional team, including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers, to develop the detail of a scheme to enable it to be costed and planned.
This service can include the following elements:
Stage 1 ? Scheme design
- Working with the club or organisation and professional team to develop the scheme design from inception through to seeking planning permission
- Liaising with funders and National Governing Bodies of Sport to ensure that schemes are compliant and fit for purpose
Stage 2 ? Procurement
- Co-ordinating the detailed design phase that will take the planning drawings and develop these for
tender and construction - Arranging the preparation and issue of tender documents, their evaluation post return and recommendations to the organisation on the appointment of contractors
Stage 3 ? Delivery
- Monitoring the performance of appointed contractors throughout the construction period and ensuring that the professional team fulfils their scope of services
- Providing advice on the draw down of any grant funding throughout the construction process
- Supporting the organisation with the opening of the new facility
